This building is the affordable housing component of the One Manhattan Square project developed by Extell. Monadnock helped redesign this to a steel and precast plank structure that was built on a podium constructed by others. This involved extensive coordination of structure and MEP’s between the podium and the main building, as well as complicated crane and site logistics. Prefabricated panel wall system on the exterior.
