Monadnock Construction, Inc. completed Courtland Corners Buildings I and II on behalf of The Phipps Houses Group in 2010.

The buildings were designed by Dattner Architects. Together, they include over 420,000 square feet (including over 23,000 square feet of retail space). and 323 apartments.

This project successfully participated in the NYSERDA Multifamily Performance Program and NYS DEC Brownfield Cleanup Program.

It was financed under the New Housing Marketplace plan and received funding from NYC HPD, NYC HDC, and NYSERDA.
