Located in Brooklyn’s DUMBO neighborhood at the top of Brooklyn Bridge Park, this high-end condo containing 42 apartments over 120,000gsf was completed in 2016.

The project was developed by Monadnock Development and Alloy Development as the designer and architect for the building, and was awarded to this team as the winning response to a public RFP held by Brooklyn Bridge Park.

In addition to high end interior finishes, the building has a brick rain screen exterior wall which integrates hand-made brick from Denmark and custom oversized, triple glazed motorized windows which optimize the views of this building at the foot of the Manhattan Bridge while mitigating the noise created by the bridge.
