456 Washington is an ultra-luxury rental building completed in 2016 by Monadnock for the Related Companies. The building is sited adjacent to the West side highway and several historic structures.

The project involved complex environmental remediation and dewatering systems at the foundation and flood control measures throughout the lower levels, including the high-end fitout of the residential lobby. In addition to the lobby the building features complex amenity spaces and courtyard and rooftop landscaped areas.
