The first permanently affordable cooperative in New York City in decades, The Park Clinton provides luxurious for-sale apartments to middle-income New Yorkers. Monadnock worked closely with multiple City and State agencies and the lending community to arrange the subsidies, grants, and loans that were necessary to realize this community-based project.
