BACK TO PROJECTS
The Schumacher was the conversion of a 19th Century warehouse in NoHo into 22 large, ultra-high-end condo units designed by Morris Adjmi as Architect.
The job involved complicated structural reconfiguring of interior cores and masonry wall openings as well as extensive exterior brick restoration and the recreating of brick and stone cornices and pediments lost in a fire over 100 years ago.
Restored brick barrel vault ceilings and blackened steel window surrounds were among the features of the apartment interiors.
